01 The short version
Projects are scoped in a separate proposal or agreement. Use this website sensibly, and please do not reuse our work without permission.
02 Who these terms are with
AzmeerPirani provides freelance video editing, graphic design, and embedded electronics services, and organises community technology events. A project begins when both parties accept a separate proposal or agreement.
03 What this site is
This website shares information about our freelance services and provides a way to start a conversation. It is not an offer, quote, or contract by itself.
04 Using the site
Please do not try to break, scrape, overload, or misuse the site, and do not use it for anything unlawful. Normal human browsing is, of course, very welcome.
05 Our content
Our original edits, designs, copy, and visuals are ours or licensed to us. Project-specific source files, code, and usage rights are set out in the relevant agreement. Please do not reuse work or assets without permission.
06 Project work
Each video, design, event, or electronics project is defined by a separate proposal, statement of work, or agreement that we both accept. Where that document and this page disagree, that document wins. Ownership, timelines, and payment all live there.
07 Links elsewhere
We sometimes link out, for example to our scheduling tool or social profiles. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
08 This site is provided as is
We work hard to keep the site accurate and online, but we offer it without warranties. Things can change, go offline, or contain the occasional typo we will quietly fix.
09 Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or knock-on losses from using this website. Nothing here removes liability that cannot legally be removed.
10 Your privacy
How we handle your information is covered in our Privacy Policy. It is short and worth a read.
11 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the studio evolves. The current version always lives here, with the date at the top.
12 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled by the courts there, unless your local law requires otherwise.
